Reporting a calculation issue

To help us check quickly, please include:

• the calculator and the page address;
• the numbers you entered and the option or preset you selected;
• the result you expected, and why (for example, a link to an updated fee page or a real transaction).

Please don’t send card numbers, passwords, API keys or other sensitive information.

Outdated fees or prices

Providers change their pricing regularly. If a preset no longer matches the official page, let us know which one and include the source link. Until it’s updated, you can select Custom rate or Custom prices and enter the current figures yourself.

What we can’t help with

We can’t give personal financial, tax or legal advice, and we can’t help with your Stripe, PayPal, Inland Revenue or AI provider account — please contact those organisations directly. See our disclaimer for more.
